01 About
About

I'm a program manager. For the last ten-plus years I've led end-to-end delivery on complex, high-visibility programs across aerospace, semiconductor, and manufacturing — business cases, budgets, risk registers, and the executive conversations that come with them.
What I care about is the gap between engineering, leadership, and the factory floor. Those three rarely describe the same problem the same way, and a lot of delay lives in that translation. So I close it — with governance where that helps, and with tooling where it doesn't. Lately that means building the intake, triage, and KPI systems myself, increasingly with AI in the loop.
