Leadership, with technical fluency

I'm Kevin Khlom — a digital-savvy Project & Program Manager based in Federal Way, WA, currently at Boeing. Across seven-plus years in manufacturing and IT, I've led globally distributed teams, stood up Agile practices, and shipped the digital tooling that keeps programs on time and on budget.

I care about the most common gaps in most organizations — where there are disconnections between engineering, leadership, and manufacturing. Where I fit into all of this is my experience building communication channels and managing initiatives to close those gaps and transforming the digital tools to best meet the organization's business objectives along the way.
